Description

This rapid antigen test detects SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) and Influenza A/B viruses using colloidal gold and immunochromatographic membrane assay for nasal and nasopharyngeal swab samples. The test is simple, painless, and provides results within 15-20 minutes after sample collection.

Instructions for Use

• Carefully insert the swab through the nasal cavity into the nasopharynx to collect the sample.
• Empty the bottle of buffer solution into the extraction tube.
• Place the swab with the sample into the extraction tube, rotating it approximately 10 times.
• Remove the swab by pressing its tip to extract as much liquid as possible.
• Place the dropper on the extraction tube and let it stand for about 1 minute.
• Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and place it on a clean, flat surface.
• Drop 3 drops of the liquid mixture into the designated slot of the test device.
• Read the result within 15 minutes.

Result Interpretation

COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit

Positive: The simultaneous presence of a line in zones C and T indicates the presence of COVID-19 antigen.

Influenza A/B Antigen Test Kit

Positive (Flu A/B): The simultaneous presence of a line in zones C, A, and/or B indicates the presence of Flu A and/or B antigens.

Negative: A line in zone C and no lines in zones T, A, or B indicate no detection of COVID-19 or Influenza A/B antigens.

Invalid: Absence of a control line in zone C may indicate insufficient sample volume or incorrect sampling procedure.

Precautions
